Terms and Conditions

Please read our terms carefully before using our services.

  1. The financial year is from April 1 to March 31 of every year.
  2. All documents should be completed immediately after registration in the provided form by UCC.
  3. All applications must be completed within 5-7 working days.
  4. The validity of Beneficiary registration will expire on 31st March of the financial year. The Beneficiary shall renew the registration every year in the form provided by UCC.
  5. All fees should be paid in the form of cash, cheque, or demand draft in favor of Udyamini Commercial Corporation Pvt. Limited.
  6. If there is any change in the name or address of the Beneficiary, it should be informed to UCC, and an inspection will be conducted.
  7. The Beneficiary shall not conduct any work that is not approved by UCC.
  8. The Beneficiary should strictly follow the guidelines provided by UCC with the proper timetable schedule.
  9. UCC should be a unique Beneficiary not sharing the building, tools, infrastructure, or staff with any other organizations.
  10. The application fees paid to UCC shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
  11. The Beneficiary shall take prior approval for any mode of display or advertisements.
  12. The Beneficiary shall not provide any type of wrong information to the students. Any false or misleading information given to the public will lead to the cancellation of recognition without prior notice. UCC is not responsible for legal consequences arising from the same.
  13. Under no circumstances can a case be filed against UCC in court by any Beneficiary or student.
